The Department of Labor and Employment - Nueva Vizcaya Field Office (DOLE NVFO) held a Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program payout to 500 beneficiaries from Solano, Nueva Vizcaya amounting to P3,150,000 at the Thomas Dacayo Community Center on March 28, 2023.

The beneficiaries rendered 15-day community service and received a cash of P6,300.00 each corresponding to the prevailing minimum wage of the region of P420.00 per day.

Solano Mayor. Philip A. Dacayo, who personally attended the payout, expressed his appreciation to Congresswoman Luisa “Banti” Loren Cuaresma and the DOLE for facilitating the activity.

He also mentioned that the LGU will always welcome the implementation of the TUPAD program in their municipality to benefit and help his constituents.

Congressman Cuaresma and DOLE-NVFO Provincial Director Elizabeth U. Martinez also attended the said activity. ###
