Quirino Province — 133 establishments were registered online under Rule 1020 on Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) during the annual Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) held in all towns of Quirino province from January 16-20, 2023.

16 establishments were registered in Diffun town, 53 in Cabarroguis, 4 in Saguday, 16 in Aglipay, 33 in of Maddela and 11 in the municipality of Nagtipunan.

The Department of Labor and Employment-Quirino Field Office (DOLE-QFO), led by Provincial Director Geraldine B. Labayani and its Labor Relations and Labor Standards Units, participated in the annual BOSS activity.

The registration of establishments under OSH Rule 1020 requires establishments regardless of size to register with DOLE to form part of its databank of covered establishments.

The registration is also a means to educate employees or business owners and employees on OSHS during the application for business permits. ###
